Breakdown Repairs

Our licensed technicians will diagnose any fault, liase with the customers to carry out the repairs with the higest quality tradesmanship.

Log Book Maintenance

Air conditioning systems are of a mechanical nature and like a car need regular maintenance.

Our log book maintenance service checks- drains, gas pressures, filters, coil condition, housing condition, controls, dampers, ductwork, and piping as required.

Refurbishment

The refurbishment arm of the service department was introduced to provide installation and modification services to our existing contract clients.

This service allows our customers to deal with the people they already know and trust to perform upgrades to their equipment.

The type of works performed by the refurbishment department can range from the simple, installing a new outlet for a new office up to the installing new equipment for a dedicated computer room.
